Our activities

Our let portfolio includes upwards of 70 residential homes in and surrounding our base in Tring, Hertfordshire. We also lease out a number of new and refurbished commercial units in the home counties area. We are an active property developer and are currently either in planning or construction phase across a number of sites. We are well funded with a long term outlook and like to work alongside partners we can build a similar long term relationship with. We consider new development opportunities across the home counties with a deal size between £1M and £10M.
